Issue 41 cover.

We’re not scientists or politicians, but know how unusual this weather is because we’re outside in it.

Something else is changing too, a prevailing trend of public opinion and other aspects of public life. The climate for sure and so much else…will think more about that ticking off the miles the rest of this month.

Because in the Pacific Northwest, we ride through the worst weather. Gusts of wind, rain pelting so hard that it hurts. It feels, sometimes, like being a tugboat pushing through the swells. You surge, and then nature pushes you back, putting you in your place.

And, the weight your pulling may drag as an anchor or give purpose to the pedaling. Doesn’t matter if it’s an animated, sustained, or relaxed pedal.

Just that you move from A to B.

Tug and a barge in the Puget Sound.

Issue 41 just dropped on iTunes and the web. It includes articles about riding in the rain and how we’re getting through this rainy season.
